Manas National Park Weekend Package

Day 1: Arrive Guwahati - Manas National Park (Approx 176 Kms - 04 ½ Hrs)

Upon arrival at Guwahati airport / railway station meet with our representative & drive to Manas National Park. Located on the foothills of the Himalayas along with the Assam Bhutan Border. Upon arrival, check in to Bansbari Lodge. Overnight stay at Lodge.

Day 2: Manas National Park

Morning we will enjoy an Elephant safari for wildlife viewing. After lunch we will go the national park again on Jeep. Evening return to the lodge for dinner & stay.

Manas National Park is situated on the bank of the river mans at the foothills of the Himalayas. The beautiful park earlier known as North Kamrup wildlife sanctuary is spread over an area of 519.77 sq km and was declared a sanctuary on December 01, 1928. It was established as the core of the Manas Tiger Reserve from April 1973 and elevated to the position of a National Park status on September 7, 1990. It is a well known World heritage site with it's unique combination of scenic beauty and rare wealth of wildlife.

Day 3: Manas National Park - Guwahati (Departure)

Morning Jeep safari to the national park for wildlife viewing. Later return to the resort for fresh-n-up & breakfast. After breakfast drive to Guwahati. On arrival transfer to the airport / railway station for onward connection.
