The Gir JungleLodge

Located on the edge of the world-renowned Gir Forest, the gir lodge provides spacious comfort and modern amenities. Natures lovers and anyone with an appreciation for wildlife are sure to fall in love with the tranquility of Gir Forest, home of the last remaining Asiatic Lions, leopard, jungle cat, cheetah, wild boar, and more than 200 species of birds. The Gir Lodge is 65 km from Junagadh railway station and 60 km from Keshod airport.

The Gir National Park and Sanctuary, covering 1400 sq km of dry deciduous forest and tropical thorn forest, is home to the leopard, jungle cat, rusty spotted cat and hyena. Among the prey species are the sambhar, cheetal, four-horned antelope, wild boar and hare. Gir is also a bird watcher's paradise as it has more than 200 species of avi-fauna.

Accommodation:

All guest rooms offer rustic style and spacious comfort. All rooms elegantly appointed, with international direct dial facility (on request), television and freezer. Attached bathrooms with hot water facility from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m. and from 6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. Laundry service. No room service.

Standard Rooms Well equipped with guest amenities including a refrigerator, TV, and attached bath with running hot and cold water.

River View Superior Rooms :

Well equipped with guest amenities including individual air-conditioning, refrigerator, TV, hair drier, running hot and cold water. The rooms also offer a sit-out area with views of the river and the Vasadoor hills.

Dipdo Suite:

A one-bedroom suite with a sitting room offering views of the Hiran river and Vasadoor hills like the Sawaj. The sit-out area also offers a tranquil view of a small waterfall on the hotel lawns. Ideal for a couple on holiday or business.

Sawaj Suite:

A two-bedroom suite with a sitting room offering views of the Hiran river and Vasadoor hills. The sit-out area also offers a tranquil view of a small waterfall on the hotel lawns. Ideal for a small family of four.

Hotel Business Services include:

The Sasan Hall offers an area to organize conferences for 40 people in theater style and 25 in a U-shape arrangement. A buffet spread for up to 55 people can also be arranged. The rolling Lawns are ideal for any function hosted for 100 guests.

Meeting Rooms & Banquet Facilities include:

Conference hall can accommodate up to 40 guests with business materials like an overhead projector, podium, flip charts, and more.

Hotel Leisure and Other Services include:
